Service Description

This must be booked first, and can include any additional services. Once you complete the initial home consult, then moving forward there are options for Annuals or Check-Ups. This initial appointment enables generous time to allow discussion of prior medical history, time for diagnostics and going through the ongoing plan in detail

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of the service, no charge will be applied. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service, you will be expected to pay $75 cancellation fee.
